Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit. • The membership fee charged by Wix is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. Booking Changes • You may request a booking date change once, provided it is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Delays • Please arrive on time. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the full experience. Dietary Requirements • Inform us of any dietary intolerances at the time of booking. Emporium Norwich Rights • We reserve the right to adjust the menu in case of ingredient unavailability.
