Terms & Conditions

Validity

• All Gift Cards and Experience Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
• Seasonal vouchers are valid only within the stated dates.
• No vouchers can be redeemed from 22 December to 31 January (shop closed).

Redemption

• Must be used in a single transaction.
• No cash redemption, credit, or balance carry-over.
• Cannot be combined with discounts or promotions unless stated.
• Do not qualify for free delivery thresholds.

Bookings

• Required for all experiences.
• Booking must be made through info@emporiumnorwich.com .

Delivery & Responsibility

• Digital vouchers are sent by email after payment.
• Emporium Norwich is not responsible for lost, deleted, misdirected or incorrectly submitted email addresses.
• Once issued, vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.
