Terms & Conditions

• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Must be used in full during a single transaction – no change will be given.
• Gift cards are not applicable to the Free Delivery offer on orders over £60.00. If a gift card is used on an order exceeding this amount, the delivery fee will still apply at checkout.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any voucher or gift card promotions at any time without prior notice.
• Emporium Norwich is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers or gift cards after delivery to the recipient. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the gift card details secure.
• Each gift card is valid for a single transaction only. Partial redemptions or multiple uses are not permitted.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or codes, unless otherwise stated.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses or other submission errors.

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. temporary shop closure or force majeure), the validity of the gift card may be extended at our discretion. No automatic refunds will be provided.
